New Balance exploded into the soccer market with their New Balance Football arm and an impressive list of top players on their roster.
We worked with their advertising agency, Wolfpack, to help give their PR day the impact it needed to launch the brand into the media spotlight. Stencil based artworks for each of the iconic players was created, which acted as a backdrop for interviews. We also branded the party for New Balance with similar styled logos.
A loose painting style, with splats and drips gave the portraits energy and a raw edge, in-keeping with the overall styling of the event.
The PR day proved to be a huge success and the portraits themselves were heavily used across social media by New Balance, the press and the players.
