Vauxhall motors wanted to create a social media campaign that complimented their graffiti television commercials and engage and inspire potential new consumers. ‘Corsa Street Style’ launched on Facebook, a competition which invited the public to create a computer generated art piece as a one off billboard design and the chance to win a new Vauxhall Corsa car.
With over 10,000 entrants, Paintshop Studio were brought in to judge the competition picking the finalist and produce the artwork in Old Street, London. We also created three short films introducing the judges, documenting the judging process and the final painting of the billboard which managed to rack up a juicy 260,000 hits on you tube. Vauxhall were so happy with the outcome of the project they chose it as a stand out campaign to present to the entire European HQ.
